4. Joining and exiting from the group

4.1. Every honest collector is welcomed in our group

4.2. Each meber is a voluntary member of the group and can left the group without reasons.

4.3. About an exclusion (because of gross violation of Satuts or fraud against other members of the group) vote the administrators and the commissioners together.
